The deep concave profile is achieved whilst still retaining a thin outer depth of just 18mm. In addition to this, asymmetric pin positioning and an increased width axle makes the full platform and all ten pins useable, for all shoe sizes.   TUNEABLE GRIP Revo-F pedals come factory-fitted with ten 5.5mm height pins per side. Supplied with the pedals are a further forty pins and forty washers. Using a combination of these, the pin height can be adjusted from 5.5mm to either 4.5mm, 3.5mm or 2.5mm, making them one of the most tuneable pedals available. Additionally, all the pins are screw-through type, so can be easily removed if damaged through impact.   UNIQUE AXLE SYSTEM The patent pending axle system, featured in the Revo-F allows full home servicing, using standard tools, found in anyone’s toolkit. All is required is a 6mm and 8mm hex-key, a standard 8mm socket, a torque wrench and a mallet. The unique system uses the axle to both remove and re-install the bushing. The bearings are also pressed into place, using the pedal internals.   DURABLE INTERNALS Inboard, the Revo-F spins on an extra-wide Igus bush, sealed with a full-contact wiper seal. Outboard there are three cartridge bearings. Two smaller bearings and a larger bearing in the outermost location, sealed with an end-cap O-ring. Adding to the durability of the bearings is the full-length axle. Mounting the bearing at the outer edge of the pedal gives them the best support, to protect them from damage in a rock-strike incident.   FORGED AND CNC The main body of the Revo-F is made from forged 6061 aluminium. The pedal is then fully CNC machined, to remove as much material as possible. To improve rock strike performance, the front face of the pedal has been kept smooth, without any cut-outs. This allows the pedal to slide over rocks, rather than grabbing them. Cellar for up to 9 years. No need to decant before serving. This graceful Bordeaux-style blend is the handiwork of Vina von Siebenthal, a Chilean winery founded by Swiss lawyer Mauro von Siebenthal. Mauro emigrated to Chile to pursue his passion for wine and soon fell in love with the Aconcagua Valley where wine has been produced for centuries. The winery is set in an old colonial era country house and surrounded by stunning natural beauty with the lofty Andes Mountains in the background. Parcela 7 is a 10 hectare single vineyard right next to the winery which was part of the first land Mauro purchased here and boasts excellent well-draining alluvial soils ideal for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. To create this cuvee the Cabernet is blended with Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc which add complexity and firm tannins as well as rich fruit flavours. Each block of vines is vinified separately to allow maximum control over the final blend, and the individual components are aged in oak barrels for 14 months. The result is an elegant blend which is reminiscent of the wines of Bordeaux’s Left Bank with plenty of herbal and savoury notes along with the full body and well-developed structure. A great wine to keep in the cellar for a few more years or enjoy now with hearty red meat dishes.

With a stunning setting close to the magnificent Andes Mountains, Vina von Siebenthal in Chile’s Aconcagua Valley was founded by Swiss lawyer Mauro von Siebenthal. Mauro visited the area in the 1990s and immediately realised that this place could help him achieve his dream of making his own wines. He moved permanently to Chile in 2009 and threw himself into planting vineyards on his new estate and renovating the elegant colonial era country house which is the winery’s headquarters. Mauro’s flagship wine is the Montelig, a single vineyard bottling crafted from hillside vines planted in 1998. The wine is named after the Spanish word for mountain, “monte”, in reference to the Andes Mountains and “llg” which is the pre-Incan native word for light. It's a powerful, robust blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Carmenere which thrive in the long hot summers and cooler nights thanks to cooling breezes from the nearby Andes. Seductive notes of blueberry, cassis, black plum and dark cherry define the nose, while on the palate there are hints of dried herbs, baked earth and toasted spices from the 25 months of ageing in oak barrels. The finish is strong with hints of vanilla, cinnamon and cloves and a gentle streak of acidity which invites yet another sip. Enjoy now with hearty red meat dishes or keep in the cellar for another decade or so.
