Macmillan Theroux The Keyhole: Diaries Of A Grounded Documentary Maker by Louis Theroux - Hardback Memoir - New Lockdown Diary Book

Theroux The Keyhole: Diaries Of A Grounded Documentary Maker is a brand new hardback diary from the renowned British documentary maker, journalist, and broadcaster Louis Theroux. Written during the Covid-19 lockdowns, it turns his famous investigative eye away from prisons, cults, and subcultures and onto his own household. Funny, candid, and unexpectedly moving, this memoir-style diary is perfect for fans of Theroux's television work, readers of contemporary memoir, and anyone who lived through the strange domestic realities of lockdown life. A great read for nonfiction lovers and documentary fans, who will appreciate Louis Theroux's sharp, self-deprecating British humour. About the book, Louis Theroux built his career filming inside porn sets, high-security psychiatric units, and prisons, but when the pandemic hit, his usual journalistic feeding ground was suddenly off-limits. Instead, he found himself confined to his own home, where he began to document his experiences in this diary.
